INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Monday, June 28, 2021, Clinton County had no new resident tested positive for COVID-19, 4,451 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are 55 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 68,208 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 19,792 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.
The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 12.4% as of June 21, 2021. The State of Indiana as a whole is 5.0%.
The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 4.8% as of June 21, 2021. The State of Indiana as a whole is 2.1%.
The ISDH shows a total of 11,425 Clinton County residents have received the first of a two-dose vaccination series (an increase of 52 over the previous report) and 11,361 are fully vaccinated (an increase of 67 over the previous report) with 818 Clinton County residents receiving the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, a single-dose vaccine. Statewide, 2,790,926 Hoosiers have received the first of a two-dose vaccination series, 2,801,534 are fully vaccinated with 208,672 from the Johnson & Johnson vaccine as of 6/28/2021 at 5:00 a.m.
Additionally, the ISDH announced that 132 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. That brings to 753,260 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.
To date, 3,578,261 unique tests have been administrated on Hoosiers and reported to ISDH, up from 3,571,902 on Friday.
The Regenstrief Institute updated hospitalization data as of June 27, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. for Clinton County. Data are unique individuals and cumulative.
