INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Tuesday, November 23, 2021, Clinton County had 8 additional residents test positive for COVID-19, 6,133 residents in total have tested positives for COVID-19. There are 76 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 100,117 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 23,989 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.
The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 14.9% as of November 16, 2021. The State of Indiana as a whole is 20.9%.

The ISDH shows a total of 14,070 Clinton County residents have received the first of a two-dose vaccination (an increase of 12 over the previous report) and 14,035 are fully vaccinated (an increase of 3 over the previous report) with 1,054 Clinton County residents receiving the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, a single-dose vaccine. Additionally, 2,560 Booster doses have been administered. Statewide, 3,460,705 Hoosiers have received the first of a two-dose vaccination series, 3,419,807 are fully vaccinated with 264,443 from the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and 721,508 Booster doses have been administered as of 11/22/2021 at 5:00 a.m.
Additionally, the ISDH announced that 3,200 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. That brings to 1,080,505 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.
To date, 4,489,417 unique tests have been administrated on Hoosiers and reported to ISDH, up from 4,483,789 on Monday.
The Regenstrief Institute updated hospitalization data as of November 23, 2021, at 12:16 a.m. for Clinton County. Data are unique individuals and cumulative. As of October 27, 2021, Regenstrief Institute will update dashboard data on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (instead of Monday through Friday).
