Update (11/19/21): 1 Death and 13 Additional Clinton County Residents Tested Positive For COVID-19 As Reported By The ISDH

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Friday, November 19, 2021, Clinton County had 1 death related ot COVID-19 while 13 additional residents test positive for COVID-19, 6,083 residents in total have tested positives for COVID-19. There are now 76 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 99,324 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 23,891 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 12.0% as of November 12, 2021. The State of Indiana as a whole is 18.7%.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 7.3% as of November 12, 2021. The State of Indiana as a whole is 9.6%.

The death is reported to have occurred on Thursday, November 11, 2021.

The ISDH shows a total of 13,999 Clinton County residents have received the first of a two-dose vaccination (an increase of 15 over the previous report) and 13,989 are fully vaccinated (an increase of 15 over the previous report) with 1,052 Clinton County residents receiving the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, a single-dose vaccine. Additionally, 2,324 Booster doses have been administered. Statewide, 3,437,850 Hoosiers have received the first of a two-dose vaccination series, 3,411,058 are fully vaccinated with 263,315 from the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and 654,900 Booster doses have been administered as of 11/19/2021 at 5:00 a.m.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 3,481 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. That brings to 1,061,791 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

To date, 4,466,410 unique tests have been administrated on Hoosiers and reported to ISDH, up from 4,458,706 on Thursday.

The Regenstrief Institute updated hospitalization data as of November 19, 2021, at 12:00 a.m. for Clinton County. Data are unique individuals and cumulative. As of October 27, 2021, Regenstrief Institute will update dashboard data on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (instead of Monday through Friday).
