Update (1/20/22): 87 Additional Clinton County Residents Tested Positive For COVID-19 As Reported By The ISDH

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Thursday, January 20, 2022, Clinton County had 87 additional residents tested positive for COVID-19, 8,189 residents in total have tested positives for COVID-19. There are 94 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 113,943 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 25,907 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 41.7% as of January 13, 2022. The State of Indiana as a whole is 44.3%.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 22.5% as of January 13, 2022. The State of Indiana as a whole is 30.1%.

The ISDH shows a total of 15,134 Clinton County residents have received the first of a two-dose vaccination (an increase of 26 over the previous report) and 14,879 are fully vaccinated (an increase of 14 over the previous report) with 1,130 Clinton County residents receiving the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, a single-dose vaccine. Additionally, 6,236 Booster doses have been administered. Statewide, 3,711,913 Hoosiers have received the first of a two-dose vaccination series, 3,618,085 are fully vaccinated with 276,711 from the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and 1,615,254 Booster doses have been administered as of 1/19/2022 at 5:00 a.m.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 16,502 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. That brings to 1,490,496 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

To date, 4,933,731 unique tests have been administrated on Hoosiers and reported to ISDH, up from 4,913,839 on Monday.

The Regenstrief Institute updated hospitalization data as of January 19, at 6:39 a.m. for Clinton County. Data are unique individuals and cumulative. As of October 27, 2021, Regenstrief Institute will update dashboard data on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (instead of Monday through Friday).
