Frankfort Lagoons To Reopen May 22nd

With Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb moving the beginning of Stage 3 to May 22nd from May 24th, the Frankfort Utility Service Board has announced the Frankfort Lagoons will reopen on May 22nd.
