Update (12/19/20): 34 New Clinton County Residents Tested Positive For COVID-19 As Reported By The ISDH

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Saturday, December 19, 2020, Clinton County recorded 34 new residents tested positive for COVID-19, 2,822 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are 30 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 35,924 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 14,902 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 30.3% as of December 12, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 24.4%.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 12.7% as of December 12, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 12.4%.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 4,839 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. That brings to 457,871 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 7,017 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 2,505,094 unique tests have been administrated on Hoosiers and reported to ISDH, up from 2,492,370 on Friday.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Friday, December 18, 2020, Clinton County recorded 34 new residents tested positive for COVID-19, 2,756 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are 30 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 35,448 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 14,813 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 31.8% as of December 11, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 24.4%.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 12.6% as of December 11, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 12.4%.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 6,088 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Thursday, December 17, 2020, Clinton County recorded 1 additional death related to COVID-19 and 54 new residents tested positive for COVID-19, 2,756 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are now 30 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 35,209 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 14,742 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.

The death is reported to have occurred Wednesday, December 9th.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 33.1% as of December 10, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 24.5%.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Wednesday, December 16, 2020, Clinton County recorded 1 additional death related to COVID-19 and 48 new residents tested positive for COVID-19, 2,703 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are now 29 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 34,902 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 14,653 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.

The death is reported to have occurred Monday, December 14th.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 28.8% as of December 9, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 24.5%.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 28.8% as of December 8, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 24.5%.

Frankfort High School Moves To E-Learning After 9 FHS Students Test Positive For COVID-19

FRANKFORT, Ind. – Frankfort High School Principal Cindy Long notified parents and guardians of students that attend FHS today that FHS will move to e-learning beginning Tuesday, December 15, and continue through Friday, December 18. All other schools of CSF will remain in in-person learning.

December 18th is the last day of instruction on the CSF calendar prior to winter break. All schools are scheduled to return to in-person learning on January 4, 2021.

Frankfort High School Families, 

This is a very important message.  Beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, December 15, Frankfort High School will move to E-Learning.  We will continue E-Learning through this Friday, December 18. At this time all other Community Schools of Frankfort will attend in-person.  

Just today FHS has had 9 positive cases.  We have contacted all families who are affected, but recognize that our cases are spiking and that we should modify our learning plan.

E-Learning will take place beginning tomorrow, Tuesday and extend through this Friday.  Teachers will have all work posted each day by 9:30am and will be available through 2:45pm.  Students are required to complete work in each of their classes each day through Friday.  Attendance will be taken and the work that students are completing is very important.  Please help us make sure that they are working diligently from home for the rest of the week.

We will return to school in person on Monday, January 4.  All other Community Schools of Frankfort will continue to have in-person classes at this time.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Monday, December 14, 2020, Clinton County recorded 43 new residents tested positive for COVID-19, 2,632 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are 28 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 14,528 unique tests have been administrated to residents of Clinton County as reported by the ISDH.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 28.8% as of December 7, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 24.8%.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 11.4% as of December 7, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 12.7%.

There are now 28 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 14,462 unique tests have been administrated to residents of Clinton County as reported by the ISDH.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 28.8% as of December 6, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 25.0%.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Saturday, December 12, 2020, Clinton County recorded 1 additional death related to COVID-19 and 70 new residents tested positive for COVID-19, 2,549 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are now 28 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 14,350 unique tests have been administrated to residents of Clinton County as reported by the ISDH.

The death is reported to have occurred on November 22nd.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 33.7% as of December 5, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 25.7%.

Update (12/11/20): 88 New Clinton County Residents Tested Positive For COVID-19 As Reported By The ISDH

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Friday, December 11, 2020, Clinton County recorded 88 new residents tested positive for COVID-19, 2,480 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are 27 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 14,220 unique tests have been administrated to residents of Clinton County as reported by the ISDH.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 35.3% as of December 4, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 26.3%.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 13.8% as of December 4, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 13.7%.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 7,360 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. That brings to 412,135 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 6,373 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 2,387,500 unique tests have been administrated on Hoosiers and reported to ISDH, up from 2,369,181 on Thursday.

The Regenstrief Institute released updated hospitalization data as of December 10, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. for Clinton County. Data are unique individuals and cumulative.

The Clinton County Health Department currently has two (2) testing sites operating at the fairgrounds; Optum and the ISDH Community Test Site both inside the Edward Jones Building at the Clinton County Fairgrounds located at 1701 S Jackson St, Frankfort, IN.

Optum runs from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday (not open on holidays) and the ISDH Community Test Site runs from 12 noon to 6 pm Monday through Friday.
