INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Monday, December 6, 2021, Clinton County had 16 additional residents test positive for COVID-19, 6,331 residents in total have tested positives for COVID-19. There are 79 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 102,690 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 24,289 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.
The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 20.0% as of November 29, 2021. The State of Indiana as a whole is 25.8%.
The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 8.6% as of November 29, 2021. The State of Indiana as a whole is 14.4%.
The ISDH shows a total of 14,277 Clinton County residents have received the first of a two-dose vaccination (an increase of 45 over the previous report) and 14,203 are fully vaccinated (an increase of 40 over the previous report) with 1,075 Clinton County residents receiving the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, a single-dose vaccine. Additionally, 3,436 Booster doses have been administered. Statewide, 3,517,123 Hoosiers have received the first of a two-dose vaccination series, 3,467,362 are fully vaccinated with 267,878 from the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and 936,685 Booster doses have been administered as of 12/6/2021 at 5:00 a.m.
Additionally, the ISDH announced that 3,080 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. That brings to 1,130,719 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.
To date, 4,572,996 unique tests have been administrated on Hoosiers and reported to ISDH, up from 4,551,370 on Friday.
The Regenstrief Institute updated hospitalization data as of December 6, 2021, at 7:09 a.m. for Clinton County. Data are unique individuals and cumulative. As of October 27, 2021, Regenstrief Institute will update dashboard data on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (instead of Monday through Friday).
